Estate Worker
Salary: £25,000 FTE, dependent on experience
Hillmount Properties Ltd is a diversified rural business operating across renewable energy, farming, forestry, and property. We are seeking a practical, motivated individual to support a wide range of estate maintenance tasks.
About the Role:
You will assist in the upkeep of gardens, buildings, woodlands, and farmland, working alongside the Estate Manager and external contractors. Tasks will vary seasonally and require hands-on involvement. Core hours are 8am4pm.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Practical skills in landscaping, maintenance, and general repairs

Competent in using and maintaining machinery and power tools

Problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and at height

Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team

Living near Cullybackey/Ballymena or willing to relocate
Experience is valued but not essential training and support will be provided for the right candidate. This role offers scope to take on more responsibility and grow with the business.
