Role: HR Advisor – Permanent – Belfast
Job Overview
VANRATH is delighted to partner with a forward-thinking organisation to appoint an HR Advisor. You will advise on employee relations and performance, and support administrative and communications tasks.
- £36,000 + Hybrid working & excellent benefits
- Belfast City Centre
- Full Time, Permanent
What you’ll do:
- Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, creating adverts, and advising on hiring strategies
- Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, organisational change, performance management, and staff development
- Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate the impact of work
- Coordinate with external partners or associates to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Assist with operational tasks, including administration, and database management
- Represent the organisation at events, conferences, and networking opportunities
What you’ll need:
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- At least 3 years’ experience, in a similar role
- Technically proficient, in the use of MS Office and digital platforms
- Strong Knowledge of HR Best Practices
- Abiility to form strong relationships
