Role: HR Advisor – Permanent – Belfast

Job Overview
VANRATH is delighted to partner with a forward-thinking organisation to appoint an HR Advisor. You will advise on employee relations and performance, and support administrative and communications tasks.

  • £36,000 + Hybrid working & excellent benefits
  • Belfast City Centre
  • Full Time, Permanent

What you’ll do:

  • Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, creating adverts, and advising on hiring strategies
  • Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, organisational change, performance management, and staff development
  • Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate the impact of work
  • Coordinate with external partners or associates to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Assist with operational tasks, including administration, and database management
  • Represent the organisation at events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What you’ll need:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above.
  • At least 3 years’ experience, in a similar role
  • Technically proficient, in the use of MS Office and digital platforms
  • Strong Knowledge of HR Best Practices
  • Abiility to form strong relationships
