Scope of Role
This is a fast-paced key role within our planning department that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication.
Days and hours of work;
Saturday and Sunday 0700-1530
What you will be doing;
- Updating internal AX system with customer orders received
- Communicating order issues or concerns with external customers and updating their systems, in accordance with the agreed protocols in place.
- Running MRP system and making amends when required.
- Update product set ups when required.
- Support the planners with order amends.
- Support the despatch department with system updates and paperwork.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of Integrity, collaboration do the right thing approach in all interactions.
- Ensure Food Safety compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to remain audit-ready at all times.
Essential Criteria
- Excellent standard of verbal and written English with strong communication skills
- 1-year experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of computerised information systems
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working within an FMCG business
- Experience using Dynamics AX system
- Experience using a bespoke planning (E.R.P) system
