HR Advisor – Belfast – Hybrid Working

MCS is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 9-12 month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities:

– Provide timely and accurate advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law

– Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and formal processes

– Support all stages of the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and exit

– Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and compliance

– Collaborate with the HR team to implement initiatives that enhance engagement and retention

– Contribute to the review and development of HR policies and best practice

– Deliver HR-related training sessions as required

– Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

– CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5 preferred)

– Minimum of three years’ experience working within a Human Resources department, ideally in the food or manufacturing industry

– Experience working in a unionised environment (beneficial)

– Strong ER experience

– Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

– Flexible to travel across company sites as required
