Role Overview
The successful candidates will work on our NIHE Heating Maintenance contract and will be responsible for coordinating jobs and information between The H&A Group and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) through various communication channels. The role will be based at our Maintenance Office on Tobermore Road, Draperstown.

Working Hours:
- Monday Friday
- 9am 5pm
- Flexibility to be on rota for
- 5pm 8pm Monday – Friday
- Saturday cover 8am to 2pm

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deal with any enquires from NIHE, NIHE tenants, private customers and internal Managers and staff.
- Follow internal procedures to process and issue all jobs submitted in line with contractual timeframes
- Support the onsite Engineers to ensure they have all information required to complete jobs in line with the contractual timeframes
- Maintain the Companys internal IT system, Accuserv, to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Collate accurate information for Supervisors/Managers as required.
- Deal with all clients/customers/staff in a professional, pleasant and efficient manner.
- Answer calls without delay
- Any other duty as deemed appropriate by management
Personnel Specification
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Office Based Customer Service
- Experience of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working with Social Housing
Personal Characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in other locations as required
