We’re seeking an individual with solid experience in kitchen or street food to join our busy food trailer team on a part-time basis. If you love cooking, can handle the heat, and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced setup, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Prep fresh ingredients and help put together tasty meals.
• Take part in cooking – grilling, frying, and serving up great food.
• Keep the trailer clean, tidy, and in line with food safety standards.
• Make sure food is stored correctly and always fresh.
• Work closely with the team to keep the service quick and smooth.
• Help with stock checks and supplies.

What We’re Looking For

• Food/kitchen experience is a must – restaurant, café, catering, or street food background.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Someone organised who works well under pressure.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
