Other key duties include:
- Assisting the Contracts Department in ensuring the delivery of Contracts to include liaising with other departments.
- Assisting the Contracts Department in ensuring that the correct manpower is allocated to Contracts.
- Measuring material quantities, requisitioning materials & sourcing alternatives as required.
- Checking materials received on site to ensure no shortfalls / errors.
- Assisting in the production of project programmes and updating/ revising programmes both at head office and on site when required
- Participating in site surveys and assisting in the Contract site delivery (worldwide)
- Assisting in other MJM departments as the need arises
- Making full use of your communication, negotiating, influencing, analysing, problem solving, planning, and organising skills
- All other duties as required and directed by management commensurate with the position.
