Key Responsibilities:
- Champion efficiency and precision in Clonmore Stores operations.
- Uphold Moy Park’s standards-quality, hygiene, and safety are paramount!
- Connect and collaborate with suppliers, management, and fellow supervisors for seamless operations.
- Keep a sharp eye on customer needs and industry demands.
- Manage chemical usage and ensure everything is handled correctly.
- Take charge of machinery, ensuring it’s cleaned, dismantled, and rebuilt flawlessly.
- Lead vaccination and flock health monitoring, ensuring top-tier standards.
- Organize and track blood, salmonella, and health testing to safeguard the well-being of poultry.
- Occasionally handle fumigation duties (if trained to do so).
- Step up as a leader in managerial absences, taking responsibility for the team.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and maintain discipline.
- Assist with stores and deliveries, supporting overall site efficiency.
- Problem-solving, proactive leadership, and innovation are key to thriving in this role!
Work Environment:
This isn’t a desk job-it’s a hands-on, active position where you’ll be out on farms and in Clonmore Yard.
