Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
- Welcoming and assisting clients at front of house
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Managing stationery supplies and placing orders
- Performing general office duties using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
