Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dungannon, to recruit an NPD Manager.
As the successful NPD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing business growth by overseeing the successful development of new products and enhancing our existing product portfolio in line with the company goals.
Our client, a leader in the Snack industry, are proud be graded AA+ certified against the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
What We Require:
- You will have a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- You will be to Demonstrate experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of successful product development.
- You will have strong project management capabilities, including experience leading and coordinating product development teams.
- You will have proven experience in team management and leadership.
- You will have In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and product testing methodologies.
- You will exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
