About the Role:
A leading European food services business is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their Transactional Services team. This key leadership position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining governance and compliance standards, and leading a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate financial information to senior stakeholders.

Ensure consistency in accounting policies and controls across all business units.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.

Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory disclosures.

Manage, develop, and motivate a team of accountants.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Support strategic objectives and performance targets.
Requirements:

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 5+ years post-qualification experience.

Proven experience leading and developing teams.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including liaising with senior finance teams and auditors.

Ability to challenge processes constructively and identify improvements.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
