Job Summary

We are currently seeking an additional Document Controller to join our in house Design Team.

As a Document Controller:

  • You will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient administration of our electronic Document Management System.
  • You will support all life cycle changes to operational/projects documentation and drawings; from bulk uploads, to document creation, to review, to issue, to archiving.
  • Support the team in regard to relative document queries, searching and retrieval.
  • Recording & maintaining accurate up to date information.
  • Maintenance of project trackers.
  • Generating reports.
  • Compiling the required information to enable you to complete the necessary project documentation such as template forms, reports etc.
  • Providing secretarial support such as minute taking at high level confidential project meetings.

To succeed in this this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous document management experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A hand-on and proactive approach.
  • To be capable of maintaining attention to detail in your work.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar industry.
