About the Role
An established and progressive legal practice with a growing property department is seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join their Dungannon office. This firm has a strong cross-border presence and is known for its high-quality service in both residential and commercial property law.
This role offers a unique opportunity to handle your own caseload of conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion, with the support of a collaborative team. Ideal for an experienced conveyancer looking to take ownership of files in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity

Handle commercial property transactions as required (training and support available)

Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

Draft and review contracts, title documents, transfer deeds, and associated legal paperwork

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using case management systems

Provide exceptional client service and build strong working relationships
Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience handling conveyancing transactions (residential essential; commercial desirable)

Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision

Familiarity with Northern Ireland property law and procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing deadlines

Confident using conveyancing or legal case management software

Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent legal executive is beneficial but not essential qualified by experience will be considered
