Indirect Tax Accountant – Craigavon

MCS Group are looking for an Indirect Tax Accountant to join one of Ireland’s leading employers in the Craigavon area.

The Company:

Our client is a multinational company based in the Craigavion area and have multiples sites across Europe and the Americas. They produce a range of high-quality foods products for their extensive global customer base. Now is a great time to be joining the company as they look to recruit a newly created Indirect Tax Accountant for their Craigavon finance function.

The Role:

As the successful Indirect Tax Accountant you will report directly to the Indirect Tax Manager:

• Preparation tax & financial reporting across group
• Preparation of VAT returns (UK & ROI);
• Preparation of Intrastat & EC Sales;
• Cross functional projects;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Indirect Tax Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified or Qualified by Experience;
• Open to industry or accountancy practice background;
• Open to tax or broader accountancy experience;
• Strong IT skills.
