The Role

Working as part of a market-leading property team, you will advise on a full range of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, licenses)

• Development projects, site assembly, and planning

• Real estate finance and investment transactions

• Title review and due diligence on large-scale projects

Youll work closely with high-profile clients and have genuine opportunities to lead on transactions, supported by a dynamic and collaborative team.

About You

• 4+ years PQE with solid commercial property experience

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Experience managing complex transactions independently

• Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach

• A team player who can mentor junior colleagues where needed
