This position is based in the company’s Newry office. Monday – Friday position.

Salary

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service both in person at the trade counter and through telephone, email, and webchat communication channels.

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and handle complaints efficiently to ensure consistently high service standards.

Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including picking and packing orders and receiving incoming deliveries.
The Ideal Person
- Experience working in a similar role – Customer Service or Trade Counter
- Call handling experience highly preferred
- Strong communicator
- Positive individual with a proactive approach
- Great attention to detail levels
