Were looking for an Interim Engineering Manager to take charge of engineering and maintenance at a busy food manufacturing site in Dungannon.
This is a fixed-term / interim position ideal for someone who thrives on making an immediate impact, driving improvements, and keeping production moving.
What youll be doing as Interim Engineering Manager:
- Lead and develop the site engineering team
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
- Drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost reliability
- Manage compliance with food safety, H&S and company standards
- Set engineering KPIs and report into senior leadership
- Work closely with production and technical teams to solve problems quickly
What were looking for in an Interim Engineering Manager:
- Previous leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and quality systems
