Assistant Tax Accountant – Craigavon
MCS Group are looking for an Assistant Tax Accountant to join one of Ireland’s leading employers in the Craigavon area.
The Company:
Our client is a multinational company based in the Craigavion area and have multiples sites across Europe and the Americas. They produce a range of high-quality foods products for their extensive global customer base. Now is a great time to be joining the company as they look to recruit a newly created Assistant Tax Accountant for their Craigavon finance function.

The Role:
As the successful Assistant Tax Accountant you will report directly to the Direct Tax Manager:
- Assist with periodic tax & financial reports;
- Support monthly, quarterly & annual reporting cycles;
- Balance sheet reconciliations & tax postings;
- Assist with VAT & Intrastat reconciliations;
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person:
The successful Assistant Tax Accountant will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified, Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience;
- Open to tax or general accountancy experience;
- Open industry or accountancy practice background;
- Strong IT skills.
