About the Role
As a key member of the Finance team, youll report directly to the Head of Finance and be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights that drive business performance. This is an office-based role in Rathfriland, ideal for professionals seeking stability and growth in a long-established business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Process and review statutory returns
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Support year-end close and liaise with external auditors
- Deliver financial reports and insights to senior leadership
- Review and improve internal accounting procedures and policies
What Were Looking For
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in management accounting
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Industry experience is a plus
