The Role

We are seeking a commercially focused graduate to join the business as a Graduate Customer Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a degree in business, commerce, or a related discipline to begin their career in a dynamic, fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will support the commercial team in managing key customer accounts, building relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role offers hands-on experience across sales, account management, and commercial projects, with clear opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high service levels.
• Work closely with customers to understand needs, resolve queries, and deliver commercial solutions.
• Assist with preparing sales data, forecasts, and reports for internal and customer meetings.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and promotional activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, supply chain, production, NPD) to deliver customer requirements.
• Contribute to new business development activities, including tenders and presentations.
• Gain a deep understanding of the food manufacturing sector and customer landscape.

About You

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (2:1 or above preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and Excel.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Passion for the food and FMCG industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
