We’re Hiring: Experienced Recruitment Resourcer Belfast area
Location: Belfast
Hours: 4 day week (Mon to Thurs)
Salary: £27k – £30k starting off + commission
Start Date: ASAP
- Are you a Recruitment Resourcer or recruiter looking for a fresh challenge?
- Are you able to source candidates through job boards and social media, Linkedin etc?
- Have you supplied clients with both temp and perm staff previously?

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source industrial candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and CV databases
- Conduct initial screening calls and face-to-face/virtual interviews
- Write and post effective job adverts tailored to target candidates
- Liaise with clients to understand job specs and candidate requirements
- Support the wider team with client bookings and shift cover needs etc
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role (within industrial/blue-collar sectors is desirable but not essential)
- Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of compliance and onboarding processes
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
