Office Manager opportunity now available within the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS). This is a temporary position initially for 6 months and will be based in the NIAS Head Quarters in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Saintfield Road, Belfast.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00AM 5.00PM with a pay rate of £15.53 per hour.
The role within NIAS will be providing a comprehensive and efficient administrative and high standard business support to the Chair, Chief Executive and Board Secretary.
Job Duties will include
- Manage all correspondence coming into the Chair and Chief Executives offices
- Action all queries raised by external and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and develop an effective filing function, both manual and electronic
- Assist in the timely planning and organisation of corporate events
- Co-ordinate and draft responses, where appropriate, on behalf of the Chair and Chief Executives offices
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C including English and Maths
- Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification
- Administrative experience extending over at least 5 years to include *2 years experience (at Band 4 or equivalent)
- Hold a current full driving license
