A major UK legal services firm is seeking a senior-level Banking & Finance Solicitor to lead its Belfast-based Banking & Finance team. About the Role
As Head of Banking & Finance, you’ll take a leading role in advising major UK clearing banks, corporate borrowers, and institutional lenders. You will oversee a range of complex and high-value transactions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that also includes strategic oversight and team development.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in banking and finance
- Strong technical background in areas such as property, corporate, or acquisition finance
- Proven ability to manage transactions and build lasting client relationships
- Leadership experience or a clear ambition to take on a senior management role
- Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients
