We are currently looking for a Locality Coordinator to join our team in our Newtownards office.

Competitive Salary: £30,722.97
Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
On-call: One evening and one morning per week

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that safe and acceptable standards of care are maintained within a safe environment and ensure care provision meets all statutory requirements.
- Liaise with client, families, care management and other Trust representatives to formulate care provision as required.
- Effectively co-ordinate and support a team of care staff.
- Co-ordinate all areas of administration.
- Participate in recruitment and selection of staff.
Essential Criteria
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English
- Strong IT and Communication skills
- Full driving licence, access to own car and contactable by mobile phone.
- Car insurance in connection with business
- A minimum of 1 year’s paid experience delivering Health & Social Care
Successful candidates will be required to register with the relevant professional body.
