Job Title: General Operative
Location: Scarva
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:30pm
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Reporting to: Fabrication Manager
About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking to integrate a General Labourer to support our client’s expanding fabrication and assembly teams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Fabrication and Assembly Team with daily operations.
- Train on the Saw and Beveller to provide cover during absenteeism.
- Support the Material Preparation Area to ensure efficient workflow.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous assembly experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent in using measuring tape, hand tools, and power tools.
Desirable Criteria
- Valid CSR Card.
- Current Forklift Licence.
