We’re recruiting on behalf of a top-tier chilled food producer supplying major UK retailers. This is your chance to join a company known for innovation, quality, and sustainability.
We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a production team in delivering excellence across quality, food safety, and daily output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate staff across production lines
- Ensure high standards in product quality and food safety
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance
- Support team training and performance management
- Oversee packaging, labelling, and production systems (AX, Autocoding, Sparc)
- Promote a strong safety and hygiene culture
- Work cross-functionally with QA, HR, Technical, and Warehouse teams
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience in food manufacturing as a Production Supervisor
- Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge
- Leadership and team motivation skills
- Computer literate, basic English communication
Desirable:
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Health & Safety (IOSH or equivalent)
