We’re looking a driven and highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external roles, ensuring we attract, select, and retain the best talent to support our business growth.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, draft and promote job postings, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate the full selection process. Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in promoting internal career development opportunities, maintaining a seamless candidate journey.
