Responsible for scheduling the usage of production materials to ensure optimal levels of production

and customer satisfaction.

Production Planner – The Role:

• Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
• Liaise with growers to ensure on time delivery of fresh ingredients
• Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment

availability

• Prepare status and performance reports
• Schedule NPD runs and sample within the weekly plan
• Completion of horizon scanning and reporting
• Carrying out ad hoc assignments or duties as required by the department

Production Planner The Criteria:

Previous experience in production planning preferably within, fast paced, high volume manufacturing
