Salary: Competetive + Bonus OTE £52,500

Purpose of the Role
To secure renewals, protect revenue, and expand value across a portfolio of CIS customers. This is a proactive account management role requiring ownership of recontracting and re-engagement. You’ll ensure customers adopt our platforms, see ROI, and commit to new terms of business.
Key Responsibilities

Recontract and renew existing CIS customers at pace—driving signatures, not just conversations.

Deliver structured account contact plans tailored to each customer.

Lead value reviews that link CIS adoption to tangible ROI.

Introduce Hubexo’s wider portfolio and create pathways for growth.

Build multi-threaded relationships across decision-makers and influencers.

Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure commitments.

Deliver engaging online demos and presentations that inspire action.

Monitor adoption and engagement, acting early to reduce churn risk.

Surface qualified upsell opportunities and hand over to Sales.

Maintain precise, up-to-date CRM records—every contact, every action.

Share insights with internal teams to refine product, content, and customer journey.
About You

Proven experience in account management, renewals, or customer success.

Results-driven, able to work at volume with tight timelines.

Strong negotiator—comfortable with complex conversations at senior level.

Confident delivering online demos and product presentations.

Disciplined with CRM and pipeline management.

Commercially sharp—you spot opportunities and qualify effectively.

Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused under pressure.

SaaS or construction industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
