Job Title BIM Coordinator
Qualifications:
- BSc Architectural Technology & Management
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience gained working in the construction industry (can include placement period)
Skills:
- Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent communicator
- Strong IT skills and working experience on a range of IT packages
- Excellent analytical, decision making and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and manage deadlines
- Current valid UK driving licence
Location Head Office Draperstown with travel to site locations (NI)
Salary salary commensurate with experience
