We are hiring for our client, a well-established construction business, seeking a Construction Operations Manager / Project Manager to join their team in Newry. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects across procurement, programme delivery, and health & safety while supporting site teams to deliver high-quality results.

The Role:
- Collate specifications and project reviews for procurement and client submittals.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
- Prepare and review fortnightly/monthly site progress reports.
- Review subcontractor payments and manage documentation handovers.
- Monitor health & safety inspections, incident reporting, and close-out actions.
- Lead monthly H&S dashboard reviews and quality reporting.
- Ensure project programmes are implemented effectively.
- Support and liaise with site managers, attending contract meetings and site visits.
The Person:
- Degree in Construction or related discipline.
- 5-10 years’ proven experience in Construction Management.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- CSR card and full UK driving licence essential.
