Job Overview
VANRATH is delighted to support a leading manufacturer to recruit an HR Training Manager. You will deliver training initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive staff engagement-while also supporting wider HR functions such as development planning, absence monitoring, and maintaining a positive workplace.
- Salary: £35,000
- Full time, Permanent
- Early friday finish
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct training needs analyses and create tailored learning solutions.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and feedback.
- Advise managers and employees on career development opportunities and learning pathways.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the training budget and external vendor relationships.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in learning and development, HR, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
