We are hiring for our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Holywood, who are seeking to appoint a part-time Office Manager. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and manage the smooth day-to-day running of the firm’s operations. The position is offered on a part-time basis (3 full days or 5 mornings per week, depending on candidate preference), making it an excellent option for an experienced professional looking for flexibility and long-term stability.

The Role:
- Oversee and maintain office systems, IT, and supplier/contractor relationships
- Manage stock, supplier contracts, building maintenance, PAT testing, and insurances
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and first aid requirements
- Support HR functions, including contracts, holidays, pensions, recruitment, and onboarding
- Coordinate staff training, inductions, and assist with planning social events
- Liaise with professional bodies and charities supported by the firm
- Manage file archiving (both on- and off-site) and general administration
- Provide occasional ad hoc marketing support
The Person:
- 2–3 years’ experience in an Office Manager role, ideally within legal or professional services
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple responsibilities and able to hit the ground running
- Comfortable balancing operational, HR, and compliance duties in a fast-paced environment
