A market-leading manufacturer of high-performance solutions is seeking a Programme Manager to join its growing team in Banbridge. This is a key customer-facing role managing flagship programmes across the globe.
You’ll lead integrated project teams from programme award through to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a visible, impactful role in a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full programme lifecycle, from award to delivery
- Lead internal IPTs and develop effective relationships across departments
- Host and facilitate customer milestone meetings (onsite and virtual)
- Track budgets, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain programme schedules
- Drive performance using established tools (P&L, Change Management, Risk Registers, etc.)
- Champion customer satisfaction and commercial success
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:
- Experience in project or programme management, ideally in a fast-paced or technical sector
- Excellent stakeholder, customer and team management skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Desirable:
- Manufacturing experience
- Background in budgeting or P&L management
- Familiarity with MRP/MPS systems
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)
