VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Major Retail Brand Company with the Recruitment of a hearty authentic Commercial Manager to build upon already firm client relationships based in the Banbridge HQ.
Salary : £50,000 +Commission +Car & Phone + Fantastic Benefits Package
Hours : Mon-Fri – 09:00 – 17:00
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all 75 customers in Ireland, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are continuously strengthened.
- Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead the prospecting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts for a range of products across multiple business partners and locations.
- Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth, focusing on maximizing the presence and performance of company products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director to align on objectives and share progress, while also managing your portfolio autonomously.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Experience in establishing and maintaining successful customer partnerships.
- A strong network and credibility within the shopping centre industry, with experience selling services or products to landlords and management agents.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly ambitious, assertive, and self-motivated to meet the company ambitious targets.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with senior leadership.
- A clean & driver’s license
