Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: On-site (79B Finvoy Road, Ballymoney BT5379B)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 40 Hours a week
Rate of Pay: Based on Experience
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assembly Operator to join our dynamic team in Ballymoney. Full training will be provided making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in production. Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
The candidate will be responsible for assembling products efficiently, ensuring that all components meet quality standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About The Role
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimise assembly processes and improve efficiency
- Report any defects or issues with materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of materials used during the assembly process
