Job Summary

An opportunity exists for a Graduate/ Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be involved on a £20M+ Project.

The company wish to expand the business with a capable, hardworking, like-minded people who enjoy the challenge and opportunities a growing and dynamic business offers.

You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be hardworking, enthusiastic and commercially minded as this team works with heavy workloads and needs someone who is excited to be involved in all elements of the role.

Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in providing Quantity Surveying services, job duties include:

    Measurement, estimating and cost planning.
    Procurement advice
    Financial reporting and cost control
    Valuations & site inspections
    Undertaking Employers Agent and Project Management duties
    Appointment and co-ordination of consultants
    Attend site meeting and preparing meeting minutes
    Perform risk, value management and cost control
    Administer sub contract payments

    A Degree in Quantity Surveying is required, along with 1-2 years experience.

    Applications are welcome from Building/ Fitout or Civil backgrounds.
