The Role
This is more than just a sales job its a chance to own your territory and take the lead in developing client relationships across Northern Ireland.
Youll be out in the field, managing your own diary, making strategic decisions, and representing a company thats known for quality and service.
What Youll Do
Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your territory
Build Relationships: Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular, in-person engagement
Close Deals: Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively to win business
Work Autonomously: Plan and manage your own schedule and travel efficiently
Report Back: Share customer feedback and insights with the wider team to inform strategy
Who Were Looking For
Experienced: Youve worked in field sales within packaging or FMCG, and know how to build a pipeline
Self-Sufficient: Youre organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own time
Personable: Strong communication and relationship-building skills are a must
Mobile: Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across NI

Applicants will be based in Craigavon once a week and out on the road the other 4 days of the week.
