Full-Time Production Team Leader
Location: Craigavon
Shifts: 6:00am3:00pm & 8:00am5:00pm
Salary: £13.01 per hour (rising to £13.48)
About the Role
We are looking for a committed and capable Production Line Leader to join our team in Craigavon. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll oversee the daily operations of the production lineensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met, while motivating your team to perform at their best.

What Were Looking For
- 3 years experience in a food manufacturing
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid forklift or power pallet truck licence (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet customer specifications for quantity and quality
- Monitor production deadlines and minimise waste
- Perform pre-start checks and report maintenance needs
- Operate and set up production machinery
- Conduct efficient machine and line changeovers
- Assist with packing, grading, and general production tasks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Accurately record production data (manual and computerised)
- Supervise production line staff and ensure strong team performance
- Monitor compliance with food quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Train new team members in production processes and best practices
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
