We are currently recruiting for a number of customer service advisors to work for one of the UKs largest Contact centre companies.
No experience required, just a willing to learn, computer literate and a passion for delivering the best customer experience.
This role will be working onsite 2 days per week and from home the other 3 days – All equipment provided
Salary: This role pays a salary of around £24,500
You will be based out of their office in Belfast representing my client and offering a world class service to their customers who are a leading household name.

Interview will be taking place over the coming weeks, so you must have some flexibility to attend an interview.
The role:
• You will be the direct contact for my clients customers, dealing with any queries they may have within a timely manner.
• Taking calls to help customersMaking customer aware of any changes to manage their expectation
• Working to targets to ensure all customer calls are answered within SLA target, and ensuring your call quality is at a high standard
• Update CRM systems to ensure no repeat calls and to allow customer to speak to anyone regarding their query
There are a number of permanent positions available. Start date normally takes effect within 2 weeks of job offer
