Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our establishment and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food and hospitality industry, demonstrating leadership and team management skills. This role requires a passion for food preparation and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability among staff.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector, with a strong emphasis on team management.
- Strong Bar experience as well as a deep understanding of food.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred, along with a track record of effective leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in weeding and functions business will be considered an asset.
