The Role:
• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
• Monitor and control costs to ensure value and profitability
• Manage risks related to cost and contracts
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Provide financial reporting, cash flow, and reconciliations
• Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations
• Collaborate with project managers, design, and procurement teams
The Person:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Skilled in cost management, tendering, and contracts
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
