Senior Quantity Surveyor

Primarily site-based with some UK travel – Full-time, Permanent
35 years fit out experience required – Competitive salary, DOE

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the lead on high-end fit out projects?

Were looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in fit out and design & build projects. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional commercial outcomes through expert cost management, contract administration, and stakeholder collaboration.

What Youll Do

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will:

• Lead budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and final accounts

• Advise on contracts, legal issues, and dispute resolution

• Handle subcontract procurement, valuations, payments, and remeasurement

• Collaborate closely with site and project managers to capture all project variations

• Support estimating and manufacturing teams with commercial input

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Promote high standards in Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment

What Were Looking For

• 35 years experience in Quantity Surveying (preferably in fit out)

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Experience in design & build, especially M&E and architectural finishes

• Strong contractual and building regulation knowledge

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally to the UK
