Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of Estimator, pricing fit-out and furniture elements to create a customer proposal, ensuring costs come in within budget.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take off quantities from drawings
- Prepare project costs (flooring, decoration, partitions, lighting, furniture etc)
- Purchase order requisitions
- Preparation of technical information
- Health & Safety documentation
- Programme scheduling
Experience & Attributes
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an estimating / pricing / procurement role (preferably within the construction industry, e.g. electrical / flooring)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent IT skills
