Job Summary

Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of Estimator, pricing fit-out and furniture elements to create a customer proposal, ensuring costs come in within budget.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take off quantities from drawings
  • Prepare project costs (flooring, decoration, partitions, lighting, furniture etc)
  • Purchase order requisitions
  • Preparation of technical information
  • Health & Safety documentation
  • Programme scheduling

Experience & Attributes

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an estimating / pricing / procurement role (preferably within the construction industry, e.g. electrical / flooring)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience in multiple disciplines is advantageous

  • This is an office based role in Belfast Harbour Estate
