Membership & Marketing Manager – Coleraine – Permanent

About the role:

- Monday to Friday (with occasional evening events)

What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Grow and retain membership design and deliver strategies to attract new members and keep existing ones engaged.
- Lead marketing & PR from social media campaigns to press releases, make sure the organisations voice is heard far and wide.
- Deliver brilliant events plan and manage an exciting annual calendar, ensuring every event is professional, memorable, and valuable.
- Secure sponsorships & partnerships build strong relationships and create winwin opportunities with local businesses and stakeholders.
- Be the go-to connector represent the organisation at business and community events, championing members and raising our profile.
What you’ll need for the role:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Communications, Business, Marketing, or Design) OR equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in membership development, business development, sales, or marketing/PR.
- Strong design and communication skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Confident event management skills, with experience working with sponsors, stakeholders, and the media.
- Experience using website CMS platforms to update and manage content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaborative tools (Google Drive, Google Calendar, MS Teams).
- A proactive, creative, and organised approach bringing fresh ideas and the energy to make them happen.
