With over 30 years of experience in their field I am delighted to be working with a leading company who are seeking for a Transport Admin to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
About you
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Proficient with MS Office
Duties
- Update and record driver health and safety training
- Communicate with insurance providers
- Ensure all waste management paperwork is accurate and recorded.
- Control, inspect, and maintain lease vehicles
- Maintain fleet tracking and fuel card management
- Manage drivers hours, working time directive and infringements
- Manage drivers CPC training and records
- Incident and accident reporting
- Carry out induction of new recruit drivers and driver helpers
- Other adhoc duties
