This is your opportunity to join one of the leaders in their field who are seeking for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join their successful team on a permanent basis.
Duties
- Ensure vehicles are mechanically sound and legally roadworthy
- Safely securing heavy loads and large goods for transport.
- Cooperating with Management in organising the most efficient route from pickup point to drop off points.
- Keep informed of road closures, accidents and traffic diversions.
- Organise multiple drop-offs and deliveries in each working day.
- Supervise and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries into the lorry.
- Update vehicle log books, record deliveries and tracking mileage.
- Comply with all MOT and in-house regulations and rules.
About you
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Hold a C1 licence
