Access Healthcare is now hiring Health Care Assistants (HCAs) across Northern Ireland!

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks
- Support mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing
- Report changes in patient condition to senior staff
- Maintain dignity and respect for all service users
- Follow infection control and safeguarding standards

Requirements:
- Experience working in a care environment (hospital, nursing home, or community care)
- Caring, empathetic, and professional approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Willingness to complete Access NI and mandatory training
