Senior Support Worker – Windermere Supported Living Service

• Salary:Up to £27,500
• Hours:37.5 hours per week

• Providing Person Centred Support
• Supporting People to be Safe and Healthy
• Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills
• Supporting People to Develop and Maintain Key Skills

What Were Looking For

We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role,youllneed:

Essential Criteria

• At least 6 months paid experience supporting people in a health and social care or community setting.

• Full valid driving license in order to meet the requirements to drive service or mobility cars

Desirable Criteria

• Previousexperience using a person-centred support plan to support someone with a learning disability,acquiredbrain injury or autism within a health and social care or community setting

• QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent*Consideration will be given to candidates who do notpossessthis qualification but are willing to undertake the QCF qualification within an agreed timescale. It is the applicants responsibility todemonstratehow their qualification is equivalent
