We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support based at our Craigavon site, a 5 day onsite working model. The Admin Support will upload material specifications onto a central database.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Specification Technologists to identify specifications requiring upload.
- Type the specification information into the online system.
- Upload documents to be attached to the specification.
- Update specifications on the system as required.
- Report any validation errors or concerns with the specification.
- Track and report specification uploading.
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE English, or equivalent
- Computer literate – familiar with Excel & Word, comfortable using computer systems.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Logical approach
- Able to use initiative
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of working with specifications
- Interest in food manufacture
